Welcome, beautiful souls! I’m Jeska, and this is the community behind the Strong Foundations Podcast. It is absolutely wonderful to have you here! My intention is to connect with you through stories and share the wisdom, tools, and guidance you need to live a life with intention and impact.

Before we get into the deep stuff, I thought I would let you take a sneak peak behind the curtain so you can know a little bit about the quirky human behind the microphone…

My life’s journey started on a very memorable day – Christmas Day to be exact! Yes, I’m a Christmas baby and probably explains why my favorite time of year is the festive season. It’s also how I was affectionately given the middle name Noelle.

Getting to know me:

• I have the most unique laugh you’ve probably ever heard (seriously, it’s memorable! Have you ever heard a duck hunting whistle? Then you’re almost there…).
• As a self identified people pleaser, I genuinely find humans fascinating – connecting with others is one of the many things that fuels me.
• I’m a big foodie and a devoted lover of personal development who always strives to be “green and growing, not ripe and rotting” (one of my favourite quotes).

I’ve faced my share of significant hardships in life, but I choose to live a life overflowing with positivity, love, and laughter. I can be a little outspoken, but my intention is always to come from a good, kind, and authentic place. It costs nothing to be kind.

Lastly, I dedicate my legacy to my beautiful daughter, Emily Grace. She is my entire heart, the apple of my eye and I am blessed to be called her Mother!
